Bookmaker: Betandyou is an online platform that enables customers to place bets on sporting events.
Affiliate Program: A marketing initiative designed to bring new users to the website via affiliate advertising campaigns.
Affiliate: An individual or company meeting the program’s requirements at betandyou.partners, promoting Betandyou products and bringing in new customers.
Players: Customers who register on the platform through an affiliate’s link.
Earnings: The commission earned by affiliates from the profit generated by referred players.
Payout: The transfer of affiliate earnings from their program account to an external payment system.
Payment Period: The timeframe during which affiliate earnings become available for withdrawal.
Promotional Materials: Marketing tools provided to affiliates for promoting Betandyou. The company is not liable for whether these materials adhere to the laws of specific countries.
Affiliate Agreement
Affiliates must read, understand, and accept the Terms and Conditions before joining the program.
- Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated to affiliates via email.
- Participation is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older.
- Affiliates are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials; Betandyou bears no liability for lost data.
- Betandyou reserves the right to reject affiliate applications without providing reasons.
- Affiliates will be notified of updated Terms and Conditions through the registered email. Betandyou does not maintain a history of revisions.
- Affiliates may only use official promotional materials provided through the Betandyou website and must refrain from unauthorized media placements.
- Prohibited promotional methods include email spam, unauthorized contextual ads, ClickUnder/PopUnder ads, and false information about Betandyou or its bonuses. Violations will result in account termination and fund forfeiture.
- The use of “cookie stuffing” techniques, such as invisible iframe integrations, is strictly prohibited and will lead to account suspension.
Each individual or entity is allowed only one affiliate account. Multiple accounts or sub-affiliate registrations are forbidden. - Affiliates cannot register personal player accounts through their own affiliate links or engage in collusion with other players.
Referral Commission
Affiliate earnings depend on the revenue generated by referred players. Affiliates earn 25% of the Betting Company’s net profit from their referred players. Betandyou may update the commission structure or program terms at its discretion. Commissions are paid weekly (on Tuesdays) for the previous Monday-Sunday period. The minimum payout threshold is $30; if earnings fall below this amount, they will roll over to the next period. Payment credentials must be agreed upon with the affiliate manager, and the necessary information must be submitted to [email protected]. Negative balances are carried forward to subsequent calculation periods. Betandyou reserves the right to delay payouts for up to two months in case of technical issues or traffic verification needs.
How to Request Withdrawals
Verify account information before submitting a withdrawal request. For first-time withdrawals, contact your manager for approval; subsequent withdrawals will be automated.
Dispute Resolution Procedure
Affiliates can raise disputes by submitting evidence and concerns to the Affiliate Program Support Team via email. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days, and the outcome will be communicated to the affiliate. Offensive language, false claims, or insults in correspondence are prohibited. Affiliates must not disclose private company information, such as client numbers or revenue, without written permission from Betandyou.
